چکیده

To better understand a biological system, as how it is regulated and behavors, it may be necessary to reconstruct the system correctly. Metabolic Modeling allows for in-depth insight into comprehending the molecular mechanisms of organisms, on a systematic level. It will also help to build novel systems, as the aim of synthetic biology states. We are going to start today by looking at a particular metabolic model, the steady-state metabolic modeling, to begin the topic.
